The mere fact that Rahzel intuitively speaks about “The Culture” which deals with the development or improvement of the mind by education or training is in itself a breath of fresh air. Razah rahz has nurtured his rapping since the age of 11, and is now coming into a pivotal stage of his divine artistry. The Songs 'No Grammy' & 'S.O.
